Sessions are working meetings with a clear purpose in each one. The emotional weight of what you've been through is engaged directly — alongside the structural analysis, not instead of it.
50-minute working sessions focused on your specific situation. The analytical work and the emotional reality of what you've been through are addressed together — neither is sidelined in favor of the other. Each session has a clear purpose; we track toward it and adjust as the work develops.
For partners navigating the aftermath of coercive dynamics together. This includes situations where one partner exited a high-control group, where both were affected by a manipulative third party, or where one partner is trying to support the other through recovery without fully understanding what they're supporting.
The rate is $120 per session for both individual and couples sessions. No packages to purchase, no subscriptions, no retainers. You pay per session, 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A sliding scale is available for individuals for whom that rate is a genuine barrier. It is not means-tested or bureaucratic. If the standard rate is a real obstacle, say so in your application and we'll arrive at something that works. That conversation is direct and without judgment.
The sliding scale exists because this work matters more than a specific number on every session. It is not a discount for preference or convenience. If $120 per session is within your means, the standard rate is what's expected.
Why payment in advance?
Requiring payment 24 hours before a session is a shared accountability structure. It respects both parties' time and keeps the commitment concrete. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, reach out before that 24-hour mark and it can be moved without issue. Cancellations inside the window are not refunded.
Insurance is not accepted.
This is a coaching practice. Insurance does not apply, and sessions are not billable to health insurance. If cost is a barrier, the sliding scale is the right path — not insurance.
This work is specific. Being clear about fit on the front end produces better outcomes — and prevents you from investing time and money in an approach that won't address what you actually need. If this isn't the right fit, that assessment will be direct and will include a direction toward what would serve you better.
A brief form covering your situation, what you're hoping to understand or resolve, and any prior coaching or counseling experience. Takes about ten minutes.
Every application is read by me. I respond within 48 hours — with either a scheduling link or an honest assessment of fit, including a direction toward what would serve you better if this work isn't the right match.
If it's a good fit, we schedule. The first session is a working session — we begin immediately rather than spending it on intake or orientation.
Ten minutes to complete. Personal response within 48 hours.
